Cooking:
- Because whenever I’m unloading groceries, I never know which items go in the fridge and which go on the counter.
- As a Southerner, I’m not afraid of mayonnaise, but I admit mayo as a steak marinade sounds odd. That said, this article makes a compelling argument so I may have to test it out for myself.

The whole Scandinavian/modern/minimalist look has never been my thing. It’s interesting to see that perhaps it’s on the way out and “New Victorian” may be the next big thing in home decor. Though I prefer a bit more light, this is way more my style so I’m not complaining about the shift!
